Road Safety Week
Thank you to all of you who supported our wear something bright day today and the donations. We raised £47.30 which will be put towards improving road safety outside school. Blue class showed a Powerpoint presentation in assembly on this theme, which I will put up in the hall for you to view at next week's parents'evenings. The children also did some super artwork either in class or at home, which will be sent away to be judged in a Children's Services competition.
Next Wednesday 14th November Year 2 children are being taken to Droitwich High School to take part in the Multi Skills Festival. This involves them doing activities on balance, coordination and agility. They will return before the end of the school day. Please ensure your child has their PE kit (and a warm coat or top) and a drink. If for some reason you do not wish your child to take part please contact the office or see Mr Tilley. Thank you.
Thank you for supporting the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal. We will let you know how much was raised when we receive confirmation.
To support Children in Need we are having a mad hair and bring a bear day next Friday 16th November. Your child can also wear their own clothes and all donations will be sent to Children in Need.
Please note that Year 2's Multi Skills Club is cancelled nextTuesday due to parents evening. The rest of the clubs will proceed as normal.
Don't forget parent's evening is next Monday and Tuesday. If you have not yet booked your appointment please see the classteacher - it is not too late!
